Pros: We love that billing, sign in/ out, commendation, reporting is all in one easy place.
Procare support has always been a great resource, professional and fast.

Cons: I wish the engagement app had an Admin only feature other than it's great, love that we can set approvals.

Overall: Easy and great. The program is user-friendly and support is always helpful. Easily customizable. Billing is automated and makes it so easy.

Pros: We love how easy it is to collect payments and the vision it provides us for real time record keeping!

Cons: Difficult to run reports, not compatible with Apple and sometimes mobile phones, wish their was a way parents could provide a signature during the online registration process, pay at the checkout kiosk using the app at sign out.

Overall: Overall it gives us many options we wouldn't be able to do manually due to the amount of time it would take!

Pros: We love the ease of having all of our family information in one place. We also love how easy it is to process tuition payments. Customer support is always helpful and easy to get ahold of.

Cons: We wish there were more report options available. For example, we wish there was a way to print all enrolled children's typical schedule with no specific dates.

Overall: Procare gives us a space to input all of our family's information where it is easy to access - including child birthdates, parent phone numbers, tuition balances, and approved pick up people.

Pros: I like everything that I use with the program. The program is user friendly and all the information I need it at the click of a button.

Cons: There are not any cons at this time. I will let you know if something comes up.

Overall: I would overall describe the program as user friendly and helps keep a director organized. I also love the tax portion.

Pros: In general it is a very easy tool to use and to work with, it has helped me a lot to simplify my work in class, improving communication with parents and vice versa.

Cons: Sometimes, the system crashes and I have to resend messages, videos and photos so I have to start from scratch, but it's not something so serious.

Pros: I am a Teachers Assistant and I really like how the features are easy to use and navigate the information for the classroom.

Cons: Sometimes the classroom can get busy and making it a challenge to have the time to put input the information in.

Overall: Overall my experience has been great and Procare has been a easy tool to use to communicate for each child's progress.

Pros: Procare is user friendly and can be used for multiple tasks. We use Procare for our attendance, billing as well as medical date reminders.

Cons: I do not like that on top of the fee we already pay, we would have to pay more for our teachers to download the app to their tablets.

Overall: Overall Procare has been positive to use! Our families as well as our teachers, enjoy that parents receive an email when their child is clocked in/out.

Pros: Procare allowed us to start up a daycare with professional integrations. We are able to create and manage leads, communicate with parents, clock in/out for staff and integrate with our payroll software, bill and receive payments seamlessly, etc. We can see who is here at a glance, and keep our classrooms in ratio with no problem. We can send incident reports, keep track of potty times, naps, meals, etc.

Cons: There are a few minor things that I feel like could be improved on, but Procare welcomes feedback and is good to research what the users want and implement those things when practical.

Overall: I would highly recommend using Procare to manage a daycare/preschool. Without it, we would have to pay more administrative workers.

Pros: Child information, staff information, billing, etc., all in one place. It is great. Easy to use. Customer service is excellent.

Cons: I wish Procare and Family Engagement would sync staff sign-in and out. That would make it so much easier to keep track like I do for the children.

Overall: I have had a great experience with Procare. Any issues I have they are resolved quickly and the customer service is great.

Pros: I love that you are able to have the desktop function for Admin and the online version for staff and parents, and that you can use the time clock function.

Cons: Nothing at the moment, I have used Procare for 10+ years and it just keeps getting better.

Overall: It's great, I do prefer it to other apps and I find it is very easy to use. It has everything you need in one place!

Cons: As admins, we can't edit messages once they're sent. If a correction is needed, we have to delete the message and ask the teacher to resend it, which can be inconvenient. Adding an edit feature for admins or teachers would make the system even better!

Overall: Procare is a great platform, and I'd recommend it to any childcare center looking for an efficient way to stay connected with families.

Pros: We like the ease of lesson plans, parent communication and billing. Also, our parents love it as well.

Cons: Infant and toddler lesson plans are not very detailed.

Overall: We love Procare and use it daily. The lesson plans are great for our 2-5 aged rooms but infant and toddlers needs improvement.

Pros: We are dependent on the biometric security portion of the Procare platform. This is excellent in ensuring the security of checking clients in and out of the center.

Cons: Poor customer service, frequent glitches, frequent updates, frequent crashes. I get tired of parents and teachers texting me or showing up in my office to tell me that Procare isn't working again.

Overall: If we found another software that offered the biometric check in and out, we would switch products.

Pros: Procare has made our aftercare tracking and billing more efficient and easier to use. Was easy to adjust too and update with new students.

Cons: That once a child is in they can't be removed even if they left our school.

Overall: I love it, they have made before and aftercare tracking so much easier for me

Cons: Administrative features are lacking and glitch, desktop is outdated and not user friendly, product support is not always able to support.

Overall: For the piece, it is decent, easy for parents and teachers to use. More challenging for administration and office staff.
