Pros: The functionality, easy of use and suitability is perfect for a leisure centre. It easily allows for management of products, resources and allows for full sales and products to be instantly generated and sent to an email automatically. The stock control we have been able to link with our suppliers allowing for an automatic re ordering system.
Cons: Personally, i can't think of any cons as it's very user friendly, cost effective and efficient.
Overall: Holly, our account manager is proactive at supporting us with changes, very positive. When we transitioned away from mandatory use from our previous franchisees, we elected to keep the Roller platform of its functionality and ease of use.

Pros: Interface is very user friendly and easy to train staff. Lots of useful support from Roller online with troubleshooting.
Recently discovered the Forms option offered by Roller. Finding it very easy to create new forms, for instance we now use the feature for our parties where our customers simply fill in the form directly via a link, which links with our POS systems , streaming lining our check-in process.Cons: I’m yet to find anything I do not like about Roller, everything is very well thought out and for us, works perfectly.
Overall: Couldn’t fault it, it is an easy to use system which all staff have quickly learned and loved to use. Very customisable whilst also being visually appealing.

Pros: I enjoy being able to easily track events, memberships, capacity, revenue, and reports all in one software! Once you are familiar with the software, using it daily is very efficient!
Cons: I believe that there are some features that should be developed already that are very useful that do not seem to be developed.
Overall: I would recommend Roller to a friend and be able to successfully help them get everything situated to properly integrate Roller into their facility! I do not plan to move away from Roller!

Pros: Roller POS and Venue manager are extremely user friendly and non complicated. It’s a very trainable system as well for my business team.
Cons: That they do not have a “cash out” system available through Roller payments.
Overall: As a business owner I have been using the Roller system for years and just love it. Online bookings and how the system manages this plus all the extra additions and prompts you can add to your checkout carts and point of sale really help drive my business’s revenue. Great work Roller.

Pros: Clearly displays all product infos and sun category’s as required. With pictures and labels and it’s easy to filter through all products types.
Cons: Nothing at the moment it’s been very positive experience.
Overall: Overall it’s been a positive change switching to roller and it’s friendly and easy of use interface has helped staff.

Pros: The company I work for sees a high amount of traffic & Roller consistently helps us tremendously with interacting with such a large customer base on a day to day basis. It is user friendly and easy to run various reports for pretty much anything you can imagine. If there is anything a team member of mine or I don’t understand how to do, they even offer quick how to videos. My favorite thing so far has been the collaboration between the company I work for and Roller. There have been features or reports that we expressed would help us even more, and Roller has worked side by side with us and created them!
Cons: I’m so grateful you created the wristband option. I would absolutely love an option to assign a specific time to a wristband color. Right now, it seems that it only goes off the order of the colors you select & your hours of operation. However, we have different jump options (for example 3 hours) that we still need to adjust manually in person since the software will tell us the incorrect wristband color to hand out. It would make it a lot easier for some other team members, especially new team members that we are training at the front desk.
Overall: I’m so glad our company made the switch to Roller from our previous software (Centeredge). We enjoy the detailed reports that we can run to help us better understand the numbers of our business.

Pros: I think roller is an amazing pos. There haven't been many troubles after everyone got used to how it runs and everything is easy to find.
Cons: There are not many things not to like! The design is beautiful and navigation is very simple
Overall: It's great! I recommend it to any business who needs a new pos as it come with great ease. When cashing out, it makes it simple to count how much money you really have

Pros: It is very easy for training and easy to pick up. The back end is easily one of the highlights when it comes to using Roller. Fixes roll out very quickly, but support can be tedious to work with.
Cons: Customer Support does not understand their own system and constantly says to "clear the cache" which has become a running joke any time we have an issue with Roller.
Overall: Very flexible and the updates are very welcome (when they work properly) and it makes life easier working at the trampoline parks I've worked at with this system.

Pros: Roller makes it easy to build bookings and send out emails to our customers!
I enjoy the fact customers are able to review through roller rather than going to google or an outsource for their reviews.Cons: A con for roller at the moment is not being able to take payment over the phone.
Overall: Overall experience with Roller is good. The only con I have is not being able to take payment over the phone.

Pros: The public interface is very easy to navigate. It shows the right amount of information and not too much additional/unnecessary material.
Cons: It has been difficult trying to create products for the variety of events we host in our venues.
Overall: Grant has been excellent with ensuring we have everything we need to go live with Roller. I look forward to using Roller more in the future.

Pros: Great support from our account rep to answer any questions we had. Oftentimes, additional items within the platform also helped us accomplish what we needed before needing to reach out to the rep each time. The design components are easy to use and set up and are fairly basic while still looking nice.
Cons: There aren't a whole lot of custom design features. Some will not be bothered by this as it allows for a streamlined process for those not as familiar with design but others who prefer a more custom technical approach may feel it is lacking.
Overall: Great product that was easy to set up, looks great and has all the little details you wouldn't have thought of on your own but need.

Pros: So many more functions and options than our previous service that allows not only ease of use but adds avenues to generate additional income. Features like add-on buttons at checkout.
Cons: It's overwhelming to get started and there are multiple was to enter data, each one with a different outcome, it is time consuming to figure out the different options and what the best set up for our needs, but once that is figured out it is super easy to maintain.
Overall: Still fairly new to the service but extremely excited for the many ways this will improve our business!

Pros: Very easy setup and usage. Very user friendly and self explanatory once it is set up! Easy set up with the training course.
Cons: Nothing so far! I wish it was a little easier to set up rewards program.
Overall: Awesome, the training course was very helpful as well! Our account rep Grant was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
