    Pros: nothing is likeable about this over designed time consuming pile of big brother is watching you
    I have nothing good to say about this.
    there are no pros.
    hard.
    difficult.

    Cons: login in is hit or miss.
    get logged out.
    get locked out.
    very confusing on how to use.
    TIME CONSUMING. spend a lot of time logging into computer to log in and out of work.

    Overall: MAXIMO is way easier and user friendly!
    RTA is garbage.
    I have nothing good to say about RTA
    i cant believe my company switched to this.
    its usually the people who dont have to use this over bearing system that can conned into purchasing this garbage.
