Pros: We have been using Rezstream (formerly known as Renovation) for over 20 years. Rezstream is one of the most affordable systems out there (no commissions and low monthly cost). We operate 17 units on this system, but I would recommend it for any size property. We are also listed with Airbnb, VRBO & Booking.com and Rezstream's channel manager integrates seamlessly with all of them and many more. We recently moved our website, SEO marketing and online advertising to Rezstream as well. Again, reasonable rates, consistent reporting and great US-based customer service. Weʻve been dealing with many of the same people for this entire time, which says a lot about a company. Their response time is consistently timely and always professional. I trust them and they have not disappointed!
Cons: I really don't have any "cons" that I feel are worth mentioning, because they are very minor and normal for any system that isn't completely tailored to a particular business. Even so, Rezstream is working on implementing my suggestion.
Overall: After 20 years overall I give Rezstream and A+. Other companies contact us pretty often, but so far none can offer this level of service at the same price point.

Pros: Software is user friendly. Support is right on it in response time. Continued updates. Customizable
Cons: Unable to attach word doc with an email through the software
Overall: With RezStream we are able to move into more of the digital world than we were able to with previous software. Online bookings is a big one. The software is user friendly and the quite a few of the features are customizable to our property. Support is always on top of it and responds quickly and will walk/talk you through issues.

Pros: Easy to use and train new employees on. Full system with everything you need to make and keep track of reservations including OTAs, over the phone and through the booking engine.
Cons: Nothing negative with this system to comment about
Overall: It's a fast to set up system. The customer service is on top of it. They always help. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles that some of the other, more expensive systems have, but I wouldn't use those extra features anyway. They can do marketing, web design, social media among other things.
