Automation Studio
Automation Studio E9.0 – Educational Edition is an intuitive simulation platform that enables educators to train future technicians and engineers on hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems through realistic, illustrated components and interactive virtual trainers. Since 1986, it has helped students build and troubleshoot circuits using libraries of thousands of 2D CAD and electrical symbols, plus 3D virtual systems via Unity 3D CAD. E9 adds a dedicated Forum for sharing demo files and custom libraries, premade virtual trainers for all technologies, remote e‑learning access, and tools to create digital twins of hardware. Users can customize symbol libraries, activate pre‑defined failures to develop troubleshooting skills, connect to real devices, and use virtual instruments (multimeter, clamp‑meter, oscilloscope, hydraulic tester, thermometer, manometer) to plot and analyze system behavior.

Simcenter MAGNET
Simcenter MAGNET is a powerful electromagnetic field simulation solution for performance prediction of motors, generators, sensors, transformers, actuators, solenoids, or any component with permanent magnets or coils. Simcenter MAGNET helps you predict the performance of any component with permanent magnets or coils. Perform low-frequency electromagnetic field simulations. Simcenter MAGNET includes capabilities to accurately model the physics of electromagnetic devices. This includes the ability to model manufacturing processes, temperature-dependent material properties, magnetization and de-magnetization modeling, and vector hysteresis models among others. Simcenter MAGNET also has a built-in motion solver with a six-degree-of-freedom capability. It allows for complex problems like magnetic levitation or complex motion to be accurately modeled and analyzed. This is made possible with a unique smart re-meshing technology.

Simpack
Simpack is a general multibody system simulation (MBS) software enabling analysts and engineers to simulate the non-linear motion of any mechanical or mechatronic system. It enables engineers to generate and solve virtual 3D models in order to predict and visualize dynamic motion, coupling forces and stresses. Simpack is used primarily within the automotive, engine, HIL/SIL/MIL, power transmission, railway, and wind energy industrial sectors, but can be applied to any branch of mechanical engineering. Simpack simulation software is particularly well-suited to high frequency transient analyses, even into the acoustic range. Simpack was primarily developed to handle complex non-linear models with flexible bodies and harsh shock contact.
