Pros: Their extremely easy to get through to and you feel like a person not a number in some corporate mumbo jumbo, as well they innovate every day and are constantly and consistently upgrading features that are available to all and not only if you pay some exorbitant fee like other software's

Cons: Honestly software is software there will always be bugs no matter which system you use that being said their response timer to getting bugs resolved is top notch and they always listen to their clients!

Overall: Vibe is an amazing software and we are extremely happy that we made the switch to them they have been an amazing partner to helping us grow our business!

Pros: The work orders in Vibe was a game changer for us we are a hat store from fittings to cleanings work orders helps us keep track of every alteration and service that our customers need ensuring a chain of custody and responsibility

Cons: They respond too fast! lol don't really have what to write here

Overall: They have a great team and really go above and beyond to ensure you are properly set up and the actual system is robust and amazing product to have and use.

Pros: Reports, Inventory Management and the CC Payment processing as well their customer service and support is top notch!

Overall: Cash discounting and pricing controls were easy to configure. Compared to other POS systems I've used, Vibe feels much more retail-focused and flexible.

Cons: Talking about smooth experience without flaws I give it to Vibe

Cons: I have used so many POS sales app but this Vibe is different and good.
