Pros: Shares lots of website-visitor-insights. I've made contact with about a hundred new leads so far using their contact data. Haven't had many emails bounce.

Cons: No glaring issues detected on the Visual Visitor app yet.

Overall: I can't speak to how it compares to other services but I've had a great experience with Visual Visitor. It really delivers when it comes to visitor data.

Pros: Plus Person is fantastic. I love that it tells you about the visitor's job, location, search history (i.e., more than just a name). They're good at responding to emails too.

Cons: It was confusing at first but I learned how to use it pretty quick. No problems since.

Overall: It's spot-on in terms of figuring out what info is useful for marketers. I would recommend it, particularly if you have the bandwidth to really use it.

Pros: Helps me identify and connect with the right people. Can't say enough good things about Visual Visitor! It really does everything it claims.

Cons: It hasn't disappointed me — or my employees—yet.

Overall: Gives me plenty of info (including email addresses) on website visitors. All things considered, it's done more for my business than Lead Forensics ever did.

Pros: Shocking how much info it uncovers on website visitors. It's so convenient to have a place I can go now for email addresses instead of having to look for them myself online (with limited success).

Cons: I don't know what to say...overall, positive experience with Visual Visitor.

Overall: I've gotten a ton of use out of Visual Visitor, it really lasers in on the relevant data points. Would recommend it, especially now they have the extension.

Pros: The sheer quantity of data is impressive. Plus, it's worth mentioning that the database has more than 20 filters you can use to pinpoint relevant data.

Cons: Visual Visitor hasn't disappointed me yet (5 months in).

Overall: It's helped me ID about a hundred high-quality leads. Really appreciate that it isn't focused on any one industry. It gives you the broadest collection of data possible which is great if you work in B2B.

Pros: Most comprehensive lead gen tool I've come across. Crazy how much info they uncover on website visitors. There's no need for me to do my own research, it's all there in the platform.

Cons: Flawless product, can't imagine lead gen without Visual Visitor.

Overall: Great ROI, it's a must-have for sales reps. There's a lot of functionality here so make sure you book a free demo/training call.

Pros: In terms of access, Visual Visitor is terrific. I find new leads every week with the visitor ID tool. The database is also helpful, especially when I know who I'm looking for.

Cons: No issues apart from the fact that some info is missing for small companies.

Overall: Overall, it's a good place for prospecting. It has plenty of companies in the database to get you started and the visitor ID tool is top-notch. Looking forward to seeing what enhancements they add in the future.

Pros: The Visual Visitor dashboard gives me a lot to work with when I'm prospecting. Love that it provides names, company info, and contact details for visitors.

Cons: I haven't found any cons on Visual Visitor. For me, everything was great.

Overall: In my opinion, it's well worth the money. Visual Visitor is the gold standard when it comes to B2B contact data. Would absolutely recommend it to other companies.

Pros: Visual Visitor provides more information than I expected in regard to website visitors. Another plus is their customer service. I appreciate how quickly they respond to support tickets.

Cons: I polled the other members of my team and none of us have any problems to report.

Overall: The quantity of data is staggering. I would wholeheartedly recommend Visual Visitor, especially if you've had issues sourcing leads in the past. So far, it's provided us with a steady stream of new leads every week.

Pros: I like the dashboard a lot, the information is laid out in a simple way. I also like the reporting functions. It's constantly collecting data but it lets you go back and view old data if you want.

Cons: I haven't found any, I think it's the best visitor tracking platform available.

Overall: The two factors I care about the most are UI and data quality. I think Visual Visitor succeeds on both counts. It's easy to use and the data checks out as far as I'm concerned. None of the emails I've sent using Visual Visitor's data have bounced.

Pros: Plus Person is extremely helpful for marketers. Not only does it tell you the visitor's name, it also shares personal details.

Cons: Visitor data is confined to the US. I'm hoping they eventually break into South America but I think it's a privacy policy issue.

Overall: I love that it cuts out the need for a form capture - our email list has grown by 20%! I'm very pleased with the product so far.

Pros: There's a ton of useful information available here. If you're seeking for cold leads, their contact database has millions of companies locked and loaded. I personally use their plus employee feature the most. I've been really successful in attracting website visitors.

Cons: I felt rather comfortable using Visual Visitor after a week. It is incredibly data-rich and simple to use.

Overall: With Visual Visitor, prospecting is completed more quickly. That's definitely the highest recommendation I can give. Both time and work are saved for me. If you're uncertain about the cost, arrange a demo. Before you make a purchase, you can test it out.

Pros: My supervisor gave me a quota, but he didn't tell me where to find leads. It was a blessing to discover Visual Visitor because I can conduct all of my prospecting research on the site.

Cons: No idea what to say for the negatives. Prospecting and cold calling are made so much simpler by it!

Overall: In addition to Linkedin, I had no idea where to look for company information. I now mostly check Visual Visitor to learn about new leads. To other salespeople, I would heartily recommend Visual Visitor, especially if you're just getting started with referrals or connections.

Pros: The identifying device is incredibly accurate. It provides me with a detailed picture of the visitors to my website.

Cons: That was challenging at first, but owing to the training call, I quickly got the hang of it.

Overall: The customer service is outstanding, and the visitor data is reliable. I advise registering for a demo. They provide a helpful walkthrough of the platform.

Pros: I appreciate how Visual Visitor helps me get started with prospecting. I usually look for and qualify leads using the web-based ID feature.

Cons: The drawbacks are few. I registered for web ID, and so far I haven't discovered any design flaws.

Overall: For your money, Visual Visitor offers a lot of value. It's now my only source for leads, which allows me to cut back on the few hours per week I used to spend doing research.

Pros: The WebID Plus Employee plan is fantastic; it provides me with all the information I need to get started. At one-quarter of the way into the month, I have already achieved half of my sales target.

Cons: For our domestic clients, it works best. Not a surprise, given EU privacy rules.

Overall: An excellent source of information about site traffic is Visible Visitor. I appreciate the employment information provided for each visitor.

Pros: The Plus Employee data really is comprehensive. I can get all my research done within the Visual Visitor app.

Cons: I haven't found cons yet. Their team is very responsive. Whenever I have a technical question, I get a response within the hour.

Overall: The product and the team are both great. Highly recommend, especially if you work for a business with lots of website visitors.

Pros: The visitor identifier and database are both terrific sources for leads. I like that you can choose between first-party or third-party data.

Cons: No cons worth mentioning. In my opinion, Visual Visitor gives you a lot of bang for your buck.

Overall: My team loves how detail-oriented Visual Visitor is. They break down website visitors with the most minute details (like home ownership, marital status, net worth). Overall, a solid lead generation platform.

Pros: Within 2 days of installation, I had data in my dashboard. The tracking software works in real-time so I get new leads daily.

Cons: This is probably obvious but you need to have website traffic to get the most out of the platform. If you're not getting a lot of hits, I would recommend addressing that problem before downloading Visual Visitor.

Overall: Great at combatting the "invisible visitors" problems. The platform design is nice as well, easy to set-up and use. I've had only positive experiences with Visual Visitor so far.

Pros: I work in a niche industry so I can't afford to lose out on any potential customers. Visual Visitor's plus employee addresses this problem in spades.

Cons: It helps me optimize my prospecting. Don't know what to say for cons!

Overall: Plus Peron has been a huge help. I love that it tells me immediately when I have a new website visitor. It certainly speeds up the prospecting process! Overall, would recommend it.
