Pros: It provides a holistic look at website visitors. I appreciate how many details it provides - lets me cut out the research stage.

Cons: I don't dislike anything about Visual Visitor. It functions as shown in the demo.

Overall: Visual Visitor saves me time and effort. I would recommend it without reservation to other people who work in sales. Lots of data to leverage here.

Pros: Very cool knowing which businesses are visiting my website. Even better now that I know which employee is doing the searching. Plus Employee is a great addition to their platform.

Cons: I've had nothing but positive experiences with Visual Visitors.

Overall: I've tried other platforms in the past which offer loads of useless information. Visual Visitor is good at filtering the good from the bad.

Pros: I've had to contact support a few times to add new users, set up integrations, etc. Each time I've received a response within the hour. Visual Visitor really takes the time to make you feel welcome.

Cons: Haven't had any problems with Visual Visitor, they're great!

Overall: I love working with Visual Visitor. For a small company, they really go the extra mile when it comes to customer service.

Pros: The visitor tracker works in real-time. I like that it sends daily updates. I also appreciate the level of detail it provides.

Cons: This might be obvious but it won't do the work for you. It provides the data but you have to use it to make sales.

Overall: Visual Visitor is easier to use than ZoomInfo and Lead Forensics. I also prefer the data they have on offer. Overall, pleased with the product and the design.

Pros: Obviously, it "names" website visitors but it also goes the extra mile to tell me what pages they actually looked at. This makes it easier to determine what to lead with when I reach out.

Cons: I haven't come across any design flaws.

Overall: It paints a clear picture of website visitors. Would recommend it to anyone struggling with prospecting.

Pros: I used Lead-feeder a few years ago and I didn't like their sorting process. Visual Visitor is better in terms of quality over quantity.

Cons: Not really a con but the more work you put into it, the better the results. Fortunately, the filters are easy to use.

Overall: Works great as a lead generation tool! In my experience, converting website visitors is easier than leads I've sourced from the internet. I like that Visual Visitor helps me do both.

Pros: The info on website visitors I've found on Visual Visitor has all been accurate. I've reached out to a few visitors and haven't had any issues getting in touch via the emails provided by Visual Visitor.

Overall: For each website visitor, Visual Visitor provides both professional and personal details I can use to tailor my messaging. The price is fair, in my opinion, when you consider everything it has to offer.

Pros: It does the lead generation legwork so my sales reps can focus on lead nurturing. The data it provides is very granular, gives us a clear picture of our leads. This makes it easier to personalize sales pitches.

Cons: Personally, I haven't had any problems with Visual Visitor. One of my sales reps had issues with an integration but he got a Visual Visitor employee to walk him through it.

Overall: We've revamped our sales process to better leverage Visual Visitor. Since making those changes, I've noted an uptick in sales by 18%! Very impressive platform.

Pros: Knowing which employee is surfing my website is so helpful. Visual Visitor is a big step up from researching prospects on LinkedIn.

Cons: There are no caveats apart from the fact that it IDs a chunk, but not all, of my website visitors.

Overall: Visual Visitor has a ton of company data you can't find on LinkedIn or company websites. It's a good prospecting solution, especially if you get high-quality website traffic.

Pros: I signed up to accelerate my sales cycle and so far, it's delivered. I recommend using the contact database in tandem with the website visitor tracker. Both are good sources for leads.

Cons: I haven't come across any aspect of the platform that's lacking yet. Installation was easier than I expected.

Overall: I would recommend Visual Visitor to other sales reps. It makes prospecting noticeably quicker and less labor-intensive.

Pros: Gets me the info I need to contact website visitors. Also worth mentioning that it tells me how visitors ended up on my website. This is a very neat feature for someone working both marketing and sales.

Cons: No downsides apart from the price. I know there are cheaper, less comprehensive tools out there but I wasn't impressed by Lead Forensics' demo.

Overall: Visual Visitor advertises itself as a lead generation solution but I use it to check my PPC ad performance. Sure, Google tells me how many clicks I'm getting but I rely on Visual Visitor to determine how many high-quality leads I'm actually getting from each ad. Plus, they give me contact details for each visitor so my ads aren't going to waste. Loving it so far.

Pros: The data set is comprehensive. It gives me everything I need to know to personalize my pitch and make contact with leads.

Cons: I needed a week to get the hang of it. Lots to unpack here.

Overall: Data-rich platform with lots of integrations. I recommend it to any business with a fair amount of website traffic.

Cons: Some data is missing, especially for companies located in Asia.

Overall: I like Visual Visitor's contact info, I just wish they had more details for Asian companies. A pleasant business to work for.
