You can access your voicemail by logging in to your Frontier account, or by using the app. Unified Messaging customers can access their voicemail online via the web portal. Mailbox size and message retention depend on your exact voice plan. Save messages to your computer if you want to keep them indefinitely.

The KPN VoiceMail app gives you a full overview of your voicemail messages. You no longer have to suffer through long, automated phone menus. Choose which message you want to listen to first, immediately send a text message to the caller, or return their call straightaway using the app. It’s just that easy! Messages deleted from the VoiceMail inbox will still be available in the app after their expiration date.
