    Pros: Everything I need inside a single platform from a single vendor.
    No more patchwork with infinite integrations that always been a pain to maintain during time.

    Cons: Not design for SMB. Require a large amount of resources for small installation. You can see is design only for large deployments.

    Overall: Fresh UI, complete solution, a lot of features and a modern design to scale up to high volumes. Full HA also available and I think this is a unique feature in the On-Prem market.

    "Great collaboration tool, easy to use"

    Pros: I really like Carbonio design, and how quick you can share files/ info with colleagues between chats, groups and emails.
    I spend most of my working time on it, and I was able to drop other tools for good.

    Cons: I sometimes get stuck and there are not many user tutorials so far.

    Overall: After several months using it I really don't miss the mainstream solutions I used to use. It has everything I need.
