When you run server.bat or server.sh it connects on to the localhost database username postgres and password Baraza2011 if you want to change this you have to change the settings on the config.xml file
The easiest fix is to set the password for postgresql on installation to Baraza2011 Alternatively run setup.bat and update the postgresql password to the one you used
Go to the workflow defination in Administration and select paryroll workflow. Add the user groups that are to handle the approvals by approval level
