Hi It looks what putty is opened in external connection mode (putty is opened like separate application). Check can you move putty window is it separate from main program window. You can try to open putty session by selecting session right mouse click call submenu and select Open Session. If you select Open Session External putty will launch separately.

Try to download mine version its compiled with latest VisualStudio and latest Docking.dll file https://sourceforge.net/projects/multi-putty-manager-secure/files/ I just added sessions import from CSV file feature. Because original MPManager is build in 2015 year, so about 10 years ago and with Windows 10 and Windows 11 can be trouble.

To open putty in program not like external windows is resposible WeifenLuo.WinFormUI.Docking.dll file. Try to download full zip https://sourceforge.net/projects/multiputtymanager/files/ or from mine version https://sourceforge.net/projects/multi-putty-manager-secure/files/ Not sure about original program but mine version working with windows 10 ant 11. Also do not forget to use latest putty version.
