Cons: At first, it was a little bit tricky. But they have a great customer support system to help at any time. Really lucky to have such a product.

Overall: Using Expensya to handle expenditure in my company. It comes with several features such as automatic capture of bills. We don't have to waste a lot of paper. it is a friendly way to submit an invoice. Embedded on the cloud, so that we don't have to install anything on our device. IOS app and android app are really good. I can easily send my expense reports to my manager.

Pros: Expensya is super easy to operate and control or retrieve data without any use of pen & paper work. It helps in saving delays for sales administrative department in the invoicing phase to our customer, which may lead to cash issues. Cons: Expensya team should work on improving the scan learning curve. It's also difficult for the newbies to operate Expensya and troubles in setting up for different entities in the same mother company.

Pros: What I find nice about Expensya is the fact that it’s automated and saves me tons of time organizing and verifying all expenses. Its customer support is very kind and has attended to us in a fast period of time when certain bugs appeared while scanning, and I found the experience incredible as well as efficient.

Cons: Sometimes the fast scan feature won’t work properly and it results in mistakes on the scanning of documents and entries. We have reached their support service and they have been working on fixing these bugs. Other than that, I believe Expensya is a well-rounded software with unlimited capabilities.

I can always count on it to automatically organize and sort out every expense and use the different tools to also organize invoices that are received through email, which is something that is very beneficial as emails sometimes are difficult to get through if there’s a lot of them and can get lost if not searched properly, and it’s something that used to happen often as we received many during different quarters of the year. I find that Expensya has improved my productivity and it’s a great solution that I don’t regret implementing into my team because we are able to track everything so easily unlike before when we had to do everything manually, and often resulted in mistakes caused by human error, which affected us as a business and as a brand.
