Overall: I use Kudoboard frequently in a corporate environment for retirements, baby announcements, weddings, and general team celebrations. It’s intuitive to build, easy for contributors to add messages, photos, and GIFs, and works well for both small teams and large groups.
Being able to track contributions and share a single digital board has made organizing group cards much more efficient. Kudoboard has become my go‑to solution for virtual cards, and the recipients genuinely love receiving them.

Pros: I like all the customization options to make the Kudoboard unique to the recipient. There are all kinds of occasions to celebrate and it feels like I could use this for anything.

Cons: I would like there to be more all-in-one themes, such as a font that corresponds with a background with a similar vibe. For example, a wacky birthday Kudoboard could have a similar wacky/fun font to go with it.

Overall: Overall, I love the Kudoboard product. It makes it easy for groups that are far apart/not in person to celebrate one another.

Pros: This is a great product for teams where some members are remote. Our team has been using Kudoboard to deliver birthday wishes, condolences, and congratulations since early in COVID, and continue using it today, since some of our team is not always in the office to sign a card. Kudoboard makes it easy to setup a virtual card, invite people to sign, and automate the delivery.

Cons: Sometimes Gifs don't load for quite a long time, or sometimes at all.

Overall: Overall, our team has been very happy with Kudoboard - we use it multiple times each month because it is a surefire way to include everyone in the celebration.

Pros: I love the ease of the whole Kudoboard experience! I use it for work and it has helped streamline (and beautify) the process for sharing kudos, celebrating birthdays, sending team event invites, etc.

Cons: I honestly haven't found anything I do not enjoy about Kudoboard!

Cons: I couldn't see easily anywhere who I had reminded and when, and I didn't want to bother people who had already signed.

Overall: Kudoboard is our go-to platform for congratulation cards or farewell cards. Because we're a remote, global team, we needed a way to collaborate on these things. We are very happy with Kudobard, so I haven't looked anywhere else.

Cons: Only thing I wish there were more card designs. The ones available are cute but need more choices.

Pros: Kudoboard has allowed our team to celebrate important milestones like work anniversaries, babies born, birthdays and more with an independent opportunity for staffers to participate on their own time. Its a game changer!

Overall: Really happy to have a tool like this in our agency. We have shared it with internal and external partners to help make people's days special and it's always very appreciated. Choosing personalized GIFs is also SO MUCH FUN !!!

Cons: Sometimes people have trouble adding to the boards or making an account.

Cons: This is becoming expensive to almost 10$ per card CND, more than a physical card.

Overall: It is very convenient and easy to use for staff. However, not sure why the prices went up. I recently bought a pkg of 5 and it is more than 50$ CND. I will be looking at other options for staff.
