DonorPerfect Fundraising Growth Platform

Pros: I really like how it keeps all our donation processing, donor tracking and donor management in one place.

Cons: It's a little complicated. It seems to include all the options for customizing things and sometimes thats a bit overwhelming.

Overall: Overall i think its great! It's a one stop shop for all things about donations. Makes life simpler by being able to just log into one place.

Pros: We have used Donor Perfect for several years now, and I like the fact that they are constantly innovating and improving the system to work for both for Fundraisers and accounting staff.

Cons: The only con I can think of, is the additional fee for some functions, specifically in accounting it would be helpful for the Donor to have the ability to indicate a designation for their specific donation.

Overall: Overall our organization is very happy with DonorPerfect and their helpful representatives and continued response and development to client needs.

Pros: Easy to use, a great tool to manage donations, easy to organize. The report builder is easy to access and utilize. Perfect for logistics.

Cons: It can be difficult to fully understand all the functionalities at first. But practice makes perfect.

Overall: DonorPerfect is the best tool to organize donations, build reports, and segment donors by giving solicitations.

Pros: Functionality of the Donor Perfect system is very good in keeping track of our donations and contributions. Producing thank you letters is a great feature.

Cons: Sometimes our reports don't come out the same when we run it a few times and the pricing is a bit high.

Overall: Overall still recommend due to the ease of using the website if you have to keep track of many donors.

Pros: The customer support, onboarding team, and training have been outstanding!

The data conversion process from our previous application went very smoothly.

Cons: There is a bit of a learning curve but they provide a lot of hand-holding.

The Quickbooks import process could use some tweaking. Currently deposits of funds received are made in bulk and it is somewhat challenging to separate out the individual donations.

Overall: This has been a great solution for our needs. The customer support, onboarding team, and training have been outstanding

Pros: I love that Donor Perfect makes it so easy to send out prompt thank you's to donors and helps personalize donor communications, along with being able to sort our donor pool by different segmentation criteria.

Cons: Learning how to set up filters and generate the reports needed to properly segment your donors can take some time and effort, but the program has amazing capabilities that can help your organization boost both the number of donations and generate major gifts.

Overall: The longer I work with Donor Perfect, the more ways I find this software can boost our fundraising revenues and donor loyalty.

Pros: User-friendly and intuitive navigation to most features. Ability to upload and mass import information. Compatibility with constant contact, QuickBooks, and other platforms.

Cons: Wish more features were included in basic packages like Donor Search and events management. I'd also like to see more compatible credit card swipers.

Overall: Overall very pleased with DonorPerfect and the ease of use of this product. Could have more features.

Pros: Ease of use, design, support, features are all great! I like the fact that we can have a thank you response sent out immediately and that it populates the information and generates the documentation.

Cons: Reports and ease of running them are a bit complicated, but support is always there to walk me through them.

Overall: We love DonorPerfect and the capabilities of it. We transitioned from an archaic software program: Donor Connect, so this is leaps and bounds better.

Pros: We enjoy the ease of Donor Perfect and as a non-profit organization, it has been a big help in being able to keep track of all the donations that we receive. The system was easy to learn and Donor Perfect provided many instructional videos to get you started.

Cons: My only complaint is that I would like to be able to see the full list of donors on the page or have there be a tab for it, instead of having to solely search for the organization.

Overall: As a nonprofit, we are very thrilled with DonorPerfect and it's capabilities. We would recommend this to anyone looking for an easy and excellent way to keep track of funds and donors.

Pros: DonorPerfect is a comprehensive donor management program for our non-profit company. It helps us drive our fundraising efforts and easily connect with our donors. It is a user friendly system and the customer service team is very knowledgeable and accessible.

Cons: On occasion I have had difficulty with generating certain reports. There are training tools though that are helpful with that.

Overall: I am pleased with the services that we have received and am confident that this platform would meet the needs of other agencies looking to cultivate and maintain donors.

Pros: I love that the software is so user-friendly! With all the webinars it was easy to train our staff. Another pro is all the autogenerated reports as well as the ability to create your own! Love the data.

Cons: No cons! The software is also always adding new features and has many ways to provide feedback if any issues arise.

Overall: Our last donor management software was very outdated and was hard to manage. Moving to DonorPerfect was one of the best decisions we have made on our development team. I look forward to all the ways we can use this software to engage our current donors and reach new ones!

Pros: DonorPerfect is easy to learn and use. It has so many amazing features and you can probably run all the reports you need. But beyond these, DonorPerfect has the best customer service. Whenever I run into a problem or a question I use "chat" function and there was not once where I had to leave with question hanging. They are so friendly, quick at response, helpful.

Cons: I can't really think of any cons, but if I really have to write one, I would say I wish there was a function where I can color coded constituents.

Overall: Love DonorPerfect. I highly recommend this software to any organization looking into purchasing a donor database management software.

Pros: Once you get the hang of using it, this program is extremely beneficial. Its features are built perfectly for my position and the program is extremely adaptable to whatever you need.

Most people who process donations aren't expert database administrators, and will need help maximizing DonorPerfect's features. They provide a training webinar track that takes people through every feature they offer, and when I call for assistance, they spend as much time as I need solving problems.

Cons: We would love to have a platform that manages volunteers in addition to donations. DonorPerfect has the beginning of a volunteer management feature, but it doesn't do much.

Overall: Overall, my experience has been very positive. I can tweak the platform to meet my organization's specific needs.

Pros: Donor Perfect provides a very robust software that is flexible and detail oriented to meet the needs of any development team. The training, service and support are unprecedented. Every member of their team from sales to support is professional and knowledgeable about their product.

Cons: The database is intricate and has many features that we are currently not using. It will take some time to dig in and use it to its fullest potential.

Overall: The best move for our organization with moving to Donor Perfect. It has allowed us to reach more donors and understand our donors in a much better way for connections we never thought were possible.

Pros: We love how easily Donor Perfect integrated with Donor Search to allow us to find donors in our system with the wealth capacity to give at a higher rate if asked.

Cons: The program will not allow you to easily segment your monthly donors; this takes a more in-depth knowledge of the software and may necessitate hiring an outside expert.

Overall: Overall, this software makes donor segmentation possible to attain a better retention rate and increase your overall support.

Cons: The reporting function is complex and needs to be optimized for ease of use.

Overall: In the current digital age, raising funds online is much faster since it has a global reach in shorter span. This tool helps you achieve it.

Pros: The ongoing training offered by DonorPerfect on existing and new feature releases. The ability to sync website donor pages directly with our database. The ability to sync with Quickbooks. The user interface is appealing and modern. The latest release to automatically thank donors with a merged letter or email is a big time saver for our staff.

Cons: You do receive a lot of features and benefits, but the monthly cost is high.

Overall: I have experience with several CRMs, and DonorPerfect is the easiest to learn and use that I have encountered. The various features like knowledgebase, ongoing webinars, ability to sync automatically with Constant Contact, and continually developed program with new feature releases makes this a great product to use on a daily basis.
